Lion’s Mane grows on hardwoods, producing delicious fruit bodies with cascading icicle-like teeth. It has a fantastic lobster-like flavor, and it is well known for providing support to the brain and nervous system. The Lion’s Mane is easy and quick to grow, rewarding even the novice grower.
